Margaret & Sam We have just had our upstairs bathroom ensuite completely renovated. From start to finish, every detail was to the highest standard. A truely impressive professional transformation. We had a great experience with the team at Principal Renovations.  They renovated our bathroom and I cant say enough about the quality and care of the team.   From the very start of the value chain in design and selection (which can require a bit of time to work) through to demolition and rebuild.  They take the upmost care in supporting what can be a challenging experience if you are unable to vacate the home.   The cleanliness with the plastic sheets in addition to their flexibility was first class. Sharon, Matt, Angelina and Blake individually and collectively run a high quality business where their goal is customer satisfaction. We had our kitchen and two bathrooms renovated back in 2022. The work started in September and was finished just in time for Christmas. I waited to write this review to see how everything held up, and now, after more than two years, I’m still very happy with the results! The renovation was a big decision, and while there was a stressful moment during the process, the team at Principal Renovations handled it quickly and professionally. Matt and Sharon, the owners, were excellent to work with. They listened to all my requests, explained things clearly, and ensured any issues were resolved without delay. We are so pleased with the transformation of our investment property's very 1980s kitchen and bathroom by Principal Renovations! Every step, from design to handover, was exceptionally well managed, easy, and were completed earlier than expected. We have renovated several properties and have had many issues with tradespeople cutting corners and using inferior piping/fittings/etc that end up costing us much more in the long run. Refreshingly, the team at Principal Renovations are top-notch and all work is thoroughly supervised and inspected before moving on to the next step. We have worked out that Principal Renovations have actually saved us money, not only because we were able to rent out this property sooner than predicted, but also in that we now have a premium rental property which attracts premium rental income and excellent tenants. Matt and his team were great to work with.  Matt had some great ideas for re-modelling our old bathroom, and we were very happy with the process, from start to finish.
